Hi all please can u help my parcel been at outward office of exchange since 1/12/2014 tracking number rl055417516cn holding to get it before christmas .I ordered another parcel with same shop two days later and I have already received that one but not my first parcel thanks

rl055417516cn has some problem in Fuzhou. you probably will get by Xmas.

OK thanks but how come I had the second parcel first and with no problems.they are both the same item.will come by air straight to uk

Final delivery date is the 30/12/2014 what happens if it don't come by this date thanks

we don't understand the meaning of your "FINAL DELIVERY DATE". If seller gave you such promise, you should open dispute and claim refund from seller. China Post has no such commitment as "final delivery date".
