Post My Parcel got stuck

Hello!

I've sent the parcel to my friend in Zhengzhou Henan China mainland "tracking number is LX051322628TH" It got stuck at import Customs ZHENGZHOU since Nov 3rd, 2020.

I'd like to know When the parcel will be released? How long the Customs needs to keep it?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX051322628TH shows the parcel has arrived Zhengzhou customs on Nov 3. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and arrange pickup of the parcel. Receiver might need make customs clearance and pay duty.
