Dear China Post,

My parcel number is CP289768905CN. As I can see it is more than 2 weeks in status 'Export Security Scan' from 2014-11-04. What might be the problem? If there some kind of mistake or? Could you please inform me whether parcel will be sent to me or not. I'm quite unsure what might happened with my order.

Hello,
If no batteries or liquid inside, it must be ok.
Sometimes, China Post doesn't update the parcel's status. You can receive your goods while the status is "Export Custom Scan" yet.
You can wait for two to four weeks... If, after this time, the status doesn't change and you don't get the goods, contact your seller.
