http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived Mexico on Jan 9. Not sure why it has not been delivered. It seems to be lost.

You need contact Mexico Post office to inquiry detail. If Correos de Mexico can not find the parcel, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
