My tracking number is CH102276244US. I sent this package out since 7/13 and I have not got an update on it. I tried calling China Post as well but they did't have an English speaking person and in order for me to get a refund I need proof that the item has been delivered. I don’t know what I can do at this point. The company I bought from are basically scammers and they sent something completely different so I am trying to return the item to receive my refund through PayPal. This is frustrating. I don’t know who else to contant to make sure the item is delivered or what is going on.

you need open dispute to paypal against item-not-as-described fraud.
