Tracking # CP407022797CN should be delivered to Saudi Arabia for more than two months. Last update for the tracking was Septemper 08 and still the package not recieved and no update. I am very upset because of this delay and no clear information about my package.

I believe the parcel is over 2kgs. This kind of CP***CN parcel is called sea/air combined parcel. If it is over 2kgs, it will go through sea in most of its trip. In this case, travelling time can take 3 to 6 months.

It says in Ali Express that it was shipped by air since Septemper 08

Air is just first stage. The rest stage can be by sea. That is why it is called air/sea combined parcel. You can not sea shipment update.
