It seems like it was stuck in China ..

your parcel is ok. Parcel has left China and is on the way to Greece, it might travel 2 to 6 weeks before reaching receiver. Please be patient. You can not see new status when parcel is outside china.

Estimated days from my order (it's ebay's item) ends in 13 of this month..what i must do with my seller and my order now? if somethnig going whrong i lost my money.

if your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to ebay seller asap.
