It’s been one month that I ordered 2 dresses. (Order fashionnia-1070)

When I checked the status it still writes ‘’ track number : RO287199089CN TURKEY ; nothing else

Can you give any information about the arrival day?

RO287199089CN was sent to airline on Jun 22. Now shipping time to Turkey is very slow(30 to 90 days from china to turkey). Not sure exact reason, but many evidences show the delay is caused in Turkey customs and post system. They don't have enough resources to handle too many parcels from China.

Right now you can do nothing but waiting. If your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask seller to extend protection or open dispute for refund.
