Post My first time in shipping.

Am currently confused with the terms used in this field. Below is what I see when I track my order.
Am from uganda the sides of East Africa.

RV831198985CN tracking number

Kampala let - was the first I got on my order tracking.
Arrival at inward office of exchange.

Kampala let - is the send after the above.
Unsuccessful delivery, addressee has po box, addressee advised to pickup the item.
So for that am not sure what to do next. For anyone with the solution you be appreciated.

Uganda Post website shows RV831198985CN just arrived KAMPALA LET, Unsuccessful delivery, Addressee has P.O. Box/Addressee advised to pick up the item.

You need go to above mentioned post office to pickup the parcel.
