I having a missing parcel with tracking number UJ683134551CN.

It says it arrived in NZ but it has not been handed to NZ post for delivery . Please advise

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UJ683134551CN shows the parcel arrived Auckland on Oct 24. If you have not got it , it must be lost.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
