Please advise we can I expect to receive my parcel ?which was dispatched a long time ago
tracking number is CP314304787CN.

http://www.track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php?code=CP314304787CN shows the parcel was returned to Shenyang(shipper's original city). You can not get the goods anymore. Open dispute to aliexpress/ebay asap and claim refund for non-arrival order.

It shows that consignment is in transit please double check and advise why it was returned ?

All we know is that the parcel was returned original shipper's city. No other detail available.

From the tracking result, we can see that the parcel left Shanghai customs on Aug 7 and returned back to Shanghai customs on Aug 10. Normally this means the parcel has not even been sent to Iraq. I believe it should be rejected by airline. Maybe airline service from China to Iraq has been cancelled, or your parcel has something not allowed by airline.

We suggest you to open dispute asap if your buyer protection has not expired.

Same result in transit it is not mentioned that parcel was returned

Read the tracking results needs some experience, i am trying my best to explain to you.

on Aug 10, it is status shows " Shanghai Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )". the KEY words is "IMPORT" which means the parcel was returned into China customs as "import goods". Normally this means the parcel will no long travel to outside China, if it was an export parcel before, it should be a return parcel from outside countries.

As time is too limited to explain more expertise to you. If you can not understand my words, just simply trust my words and open dispute to seller.

Moreover, I was in contact with the courier earlier and was informed that parcel has left China!
