Recipient claims parcel was not recevied on 22 May - even though the tracker says the parcel was delivered to the destintation. The Seller (recipient) is refusing to refund my monies without the returned item. Please can someone help?

the parcel was delivered by China Post office in 胶州市李哥庄. Postman name and phone number:许鹏:13553038059 .

If it is a return for aliexpress dispute, you can claim refund now. Aliexpress will grant you refund with your tracking result.

Thank you! The return wasn’t for Aliexpress so this won’t help me. I just need proof of delivery to the recipient. Why should I lose my money for this item when I paid for tracked & signature postage. I believe this was the safest option. Any assistance appreciated.

If you paid with any website with buyer protection like paypal/aliexpress/amazon, you can get refund as long as return tracking result shows delivered .

I am not sure what kind of payment method you are using, I hope you are not using some unsafe method which has no buyer protection system. In this case, you can not get your money back if you meet a bad seller.

Hi,

I am concerned about the missing parcel. Did the Seller receive the parcel yes or no? Why can’t China Post investigate? The problem isn’t about Buyer’s protection (Paypal, Amazon, Ebay). This is about safe shopping in China. Royal Mail have said that China Post should supply proof of delivery i.e digital signature. The Seller needs to take accountability. I just want my money.,.I just hope this isn’t a scam? Grateful for your support in this matter,
