Please help me find my parcel! It says it arrived in Langley uk (which is heathrow) but is now saying it is Shanghai on 31st January.

I ordered on 26th January. Please help.

Sorry - it says Langley on 4th February? That was over 3 weeks ago.

Thank you. I contacted Royal Mail who said it only spends a maximum of 24 hours at heathrow and they have no record of it? I'm really confused!
