Post missing parcel RA334599431RU

My parcel unsuccessfully presented to the recipient.Tracking number RA334599431RU. Receiver says that he did not notice came and he can not pick it up. Ultimately located in Shenzhen, China Post office 518031. I ask to understand!

your recipient rejected the parcel. you can't get it delivered if recipient refuse to pickup it.

RH151147705IN has been delivered on May 4th. I don't think receiver tell you the truth. If you return for refund, you can ask for refund.

Sir i sent item with tracking RT585991364IN , post office website shows as

8/16/2015 2:23:00 PM China 518031 Unsuccessful item delivery attempt (Inb) Air
Unknown Reason : Other Measure : Item being held, addressee being notified

I have contacted them, they tell me they never got any notification. What are my options now ?
