Post Missing Parcel CY530801321DE

Hello there,

I need some information about my parcel with track id CY530801321DE
it says it is sent to Airline. The date was 2020-10-09 now we have already 2020-10-21 and still no update on information. Can you please find out where it is or what happend to it?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CY530801321DE shows the the parcel was shipped to Taiwan on Aug 26. Not sure what is the problem, Taiwan Post returned the parcel to China. But China Post has no arrival record, it seems the parcel is lost.

You need contact Germany Post for lost parcel compensation.

oh okay, thank you for the quick response. Is it possible to get a document as proof of loss?

If you can find a proof, it is not called lost. You need contact Germany Post to start an investigation. Normally it will take a very long time to finish the procedure. The result could be ;
1)your parcel is finally found by Germany Post
or
2)They can not find the parcel and give you some compensation.
