Post Missing parcel Claim.

I paid for a item from Yokawa Network Limited. The parcel has been lost. New Zealand post have told me that Yokawa must contact China Post who in turn will contact New Zealand Post. I have contacted Yokawa Network many times in the past 3 weeks through PayPal. The answers i keep getting is that they are looking into it. They seem reluctant to contact China Post for some reason. On the 16th of December i will be escalating the claim in PayPal if i do not get a resolution by then. The order number is 283941427 and the Tracking number is
LX254913871CN.
Thankyou

NewZealand Post website shows LX254913871CN has been successfully delivered by Kaitaia (Kaitaia Rural Delivery) on Nov 25. You can contact NZ post Kaitaia office for more information.

Yes i have contacted Kaitaia Nz post. They have told me they will not do a refund until China post contacts them. Yokawa needs to contact china post and in turn china post needs to contact N.Z post before they will do a refund on my parcel. Thats how the system works in New Zealand.

I did not receive the parcel at all even though tracking showed it was delivered. It obviously has been delivered to the wrong address. So was lost here in N.Z. But nzpost says for international mail that is lost what i pointed out is how the system works before nzpost will give me a refund. If Yokawa does not contact China post with the revelent information so China post can contact N.Z. Post then N.Z. post will not give me a refund for the lost parcel.

New Zealand Post make delivery based on the shipping address printed by shipper. From NZ post tracking result, the item was delivered in Kaitaia Rural area.

If you are not in Kaitaia Rural area, it means your seller printed wrong address. you need open dispute to paypal to claim refund. Tell paypal that your seller printed wrong address and tracking result is not your order address. You will get refund.

If that is the case you need to get the seller to say something, nobody on the forum can do that for you. Otherwise file dispute through PayPal if seller isn't answering.

Ok the seller has been asked numerous times to contact you with proof of what was sent so you can then contact nzpost with the proof. I guess he is not going to do this so will be escalating it for paypal to try and sort out. Thankyou for your time

To contact me? This is a forum for help with tracking problems, like if you don't understand them or can't figure where to track your parcel. Like I said above file a dispute with PayPal because the volunteers on here don't work at China post, or if they do helping here is in free time, there are phone numbers to reach them on this forum, 3rd post below your tracking results when you search. China post has no online presence that I know of so you haven't sent files or anything to anyone on the forums and neither has your seller. The proof you require cannot be acquired here is what I am telling you basically, so yes please escalate with PayPal so you do not lose money.
