On 19th of January 2019, I posted a package from Kunming to Australia and it hasn't arrived. Number CP359538739CN

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow and CHEAP parcel service. Normally it will arrive Australia in 4 to 6 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.

You can not get any information about such parcel after it left China. Next time, If you need to ship important or valuable item, do not use such sea/land combined CP parcel, use EMS.
