On 19th of January 2019, I posted a package to Australia from China Post Kunming. It has not arrived. The package number is CP359538739CN
When I try to track it through China Post, it appears it was to be sent via Ruston but I have not been able to contact them. the phone numbers don't connect
What should I do?

CP359538739CN is china post surface parcel which is very slow and has very high lost and return rate. You should avoid using such surface parcel service to ship item from china to oversea countries.

CP359538739CN was shipped on Jan 29 from Kunmin. China Post has no further information after that. This is very bad news which means it might be lost.
