Hello, I just tried to ring China Post hotline in China on 11183 and asked for English service but there was nobody that could speak English. They asked me to leave my name and number and then said somebody would call me back, but then said goodbye before i had a chance to speak. I am not getting my mail from England even though it was sent 1 month ago. My phone number (0086 139 1262 9861) is not written on the envelopes. I want to know how to get my post? Thank you
