Hello

My item has been stuck on the same status since 25th October. please can you give me update on where the item is?

This is normal. It left China for the UK on 25 Oct, but its status can't be updated again until it arrives in the UK and Royal Mail scans it. It's definitely taking longer than usual to make the trip, though -- average transit time is about two weeks.

When your item does arrive in the UK, you should be able to see results here:

In the meantime, keep an eye on your buyer protection period. If it's coming close to an end, and you still don't have your parcel, file a dispute with your seller.
