Tracking status shows a failed delivery for Tracking Number LZ895986424CN. I have not received any communication since to understand when my parcel will try to be re-delivered. Can you let me know how I can arrange this!! it has been 2 weeks since the failed delivery, this is a joke

LZ895986424CN arrived Royal Mail system in Oct. Royal Mail failed delivery on Oct 25. Not sure the failure reason. You need contact your local Royal Mail Post office to pickup the parcel asap.
