Hi can you tell me where my package is?

It has not updated for 11 days? It says it has arrived in an airport but does not say which airport it is in? I have contacted the sender and they have tried to contact china post and have received nothing back. Is my package lost?

Your parcel is still in transit to Ireland, it is in some middle transit airport between China and Ireland.
Once parcel arrives Ireland, AnPost website will show arrival info.
