Hi,

It says on tracking that it has arrived in Vietnam but Vietnam Post are saying it has not and for to contact you. Can you tell me exact location it was delivered to and which post office.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ423071522CN shows the parcel arrived Hanoi on Dec 3. It has not been released from Vietnam customs yet. Please wait another 2 to 5 days to see next update.
