It has now been over a month since tracking was last updated, has it been lost? If further updates are available they would be much appreciated, currently waiting upon arrival to U.K.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ407598672CN shows the parcel is still in Zhengzhou waiting for shipping space. Now is rush season, waiting time is longer than regular season, please wait one or two more weeks to see next update.

If you can not see update by Dec 20, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
