Hello, my package has been sitting in Guangzhou, China since October 24th. Today is December 11th. I've ordered serval items from the seller around the same time and recieved all my other packages. Why is this order LY506504521CN stuck? No new tracking in 2 months and the seller has not been able to get any information either. Please help

Guangzhou airport has some airline shortage. Many parcels are delayed there. You need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you can open dispute to seller for refund.

Ok, I was hoping it was just backed up and not lost, I've ordered multiple items from him and they all arrived except this one. Thank you
