The last status was posted on November 12, location is CA and says received by Carrier. Original company that I bought it from will not return a response. I have received one item several weeks ago and this item shipped 2 days later back in October. How can I get an estimated delivery time to the USA?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY487111330CN shows the goods just arrived San Francisco on Dec 9. It is waiting for import processing. You will get this item in next 7 to 12 days.
