Hello, it seems my package (LX610403310DE) is still at the airport (either Frankfurt or Beijing, I have no info.) since Jan. 3rd - Does anyone know if that's correct/normal?!

1. China Post EMS has not scan your parcel yet. Nobody knows where the parcel is right now.

2. But the next scan will be done by China Post.
