Package has been held by customs for 20 days, tracking has not been updated, someone please help

LT419600577CN should have problem in customs. wait one more week, if you can not get it by Dec 20, you should open dispute to seller.

"It should have problems with customs". Why? I've contacted the seller about 2 days ago,". He claimed that the reason it is taking this long was because of the holidays. Not sure how true it is. Thank you for the quick reply

1. The last tracking of your parcel is this:
2016-11-19 00: 00: 00.0 14:30:00 Guangzhou leaves the processing center and sends it to USORDF

USORDF = Chicago

2. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to USA Chicago. Parcel to USA can take from 15 to 35 days for delivery and sometimes more.

3. Just continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.
