I ordered product and paid for it on 2/10/19. I have not received any updates since my order. The only thing I see is that the order was taken and it gives a tracking # LT332409982CN which when I enter it tells me there's nothing entered to track. It's been a month, is it normal not receive any type of notification?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LT332409982CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
