As you recommended, I submited a claim to our local post regarding the lost EMS parcel and provided them with all its details. They said they forwarded the data to the chinese EMS. Any idea what happens there next?

The part with the waiting I know. I was asking about your internal procedures. Once an APB is put out on a parcel, do you have a specific procedures, any deadlines in which to either find it or officialy declare it lost?

nevermind, guess my APB worked. it finaly appeared in Shenzhen
