Hello well i buyed a product from alliexpress on july and they send it on july 19 but the status have not changed since that day and im really worried since the protection time expired almos a month ago i would like to ask you guys for help and check my parcel to see what happened the track number is : CP291593417CN and the last info in the track is this : CP291593417CN 2014 Departure from outward office of exchange 51003100 MX 20140719 1358... can anyone plz help me im really worried...

CP parcel are surface parcel which is very very slow and easy to be lost during shipment. you should open dispute and claim refund asap.
