I was advised by Paypal to return a dead phone to the seller,the seller sent email that accepted the parcelbut the tracking does show as last entry 51805300 location,there is no delivery status,Paypal says it won't refund me,they need to see tracking online and delivery,I sent an email to China post but no reply.
How can I find out what has happened and there is no tracking for delivery to the seller?

Please,also if anybody knows any email for China post to enquire there for the status of my parcel?

The seller has received the parcel but he is a thief,tracking does not show delivery status,paypal does not accept the emails he sent to me accepting delivery,any way to contact china post and ask them?
