Good morning, on the date 20/02/2020 I made a purchase of 39.85 euros (2 pairs of headphones), the shipping locator is LO844713885CN, we are on 06/07/2020 and I still have not received my package. I would like you to give me some solution or some kind of information.

LO844713885CN has more than 80% chance to be lost. You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
