Can i get help tracking package AS433720690CN that was bought 9-15-2020?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=AS433720690CN shows the parcel arrived USA on Sep 24. It has passed more than 2 months. If you have not got it , it must be lost.

Please open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
