LM686442534CN is my tracking number. Ordered on 6th February 2019. But no news after a promise to ship. What happened to the package?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LM686442534CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
