Please help find my package. RN132040318CN
Last update as follows:
2016-12-20 19:24:37.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport
Update is from 20 days ago and it still has not arrived in my country.

1. I have the same tracking as you for your country South Africa. May I suggest you read this for your country:

2. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country. Now what needs to happen is South Africa Post scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

3. Just continue to track your parcel for any new movement.

I don't understand why it would take that long for the material to arrive. I have placed a number of orders from the same origin at the same time and I received those items last year already. Some of the items were sent via EMS and some via China post. Why would this one take twice as long as the others to arrive?

1. Did the parcels you receive departed from Guangzhou Airport, EMS and Register mail is a completely different way to send mail. May I suggest you read this:

What are the stand formats of China Post tracking number? How to distinguish them?

2. I'm not taking side here but you have to compare apple with apple.

3. You should compare the tracking of the other parcels to your missing parcel.

4. No further info/tracking is available for your parcel.
