Hello, I would like to get some help with the lost of my package. The tracking says it is with China post in The Netherlands. Tracking number: LZ395106064CN

Where is the package and how can I get it?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ395106064CN shows the parcel arrived Netherlands destination post office on Nov 16. Please contact Netherlands Post to pickup the parcel.

The local post office, postnl, did not receive the package. I called them several times and referred me back to you. They can only start an investigation when you ask them to. So please can you let them start an investigation to where the package is?
