Hello

I ordered a package from Dhgate on 12/31/2015, and LS449930400CN was shipped on 1/06/2016. Has this package been lost? The seller says he has no control over the package after shipping.

Package left China on Jan 7, Allow 20-25 days transit time, you'll see a tracking update only after US customs inspection 😉

I know it is early on however just wanted to touch base on my package which was shipped on 01/15/2016 however it does not show the package making any movements can you get me a status

20-25 days with ePacket shipping? I ordered another package from this seller at the same time as I did this one and I received that package last week.

I purchased from Leanhu Packaging Shop April 5 2017 its now been over 3 months and the tracking on epacket still shows in sorting facility. Please help! LW078200438CN. The seller is unresponsive to my inquiries.

ePacket normally will arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. LW078200438CN should be lost. You need open dispute asap.
