I ordered an item on December 26 and it was shipped out 7 days after I got it, but it wasn't scanned till 10 days after then it got lost. I contacted the seller about it, the package was found and moved once, but again it got lost. Its been lost for 9 days now. Is there someone I can talk to who can find my package?

parcel number starting with CP and ending with CN is called air/land/sea combined parcel. In most cases, it will travel through sea and take about 2 months to reach USA. If you are lucky, occasionally it might be shipped by air and this might take about 4 weeks to reach USA. You can not know what is the exact method it was used.
