Post Lost after it left Beijing

I mailed a package back to China from the US on November 14, 2016. The last tracking says the package left the Beijing Mail Facility on November 23, 2016. The company claims they never received it. My tracking number is LA075308299US and the address I sent it to is Zhang Yifeng, Room#807, Audio Business Building #24, Jichang Road, Bai Yun, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Provence, China 510000. This company claims they never received the package and won't refund my money. The US Post Office says they can't track it internationally. Please help me because there's a lot of money that will be lost if I can't locate this package. Thank you.

LA075308299US is USPS 1st class mail. China post does not scan and update its status. you can not know if it has been delivered.
