My tracking number is LT228912705CN, ordered 1/11/19 shipped 1/13/19. Wondering when it should arrive? DHgate says it should arrive by 2/13/19. No recent tracking info since 1/16/19 it is now 2/1/19.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT228912705CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Jan 16.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in JFK airport, US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.

Will the CNY delay this package because the latest tracking information says it was being sent to Guangzhou express co. ?

Now is CNY holiday time. You need wait extra 15 to 20 days.
