I ordered this package but the last update when I try track it was over a month ago in customs I really need to know where it is how do I locate it ?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LL057878728CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to UK on Mar 21.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Royal Mail system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in UK). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Guangzhou airport has some airline shortage since March, Such no-information stage might last 7 to 30 days. Once Royal Mail gets the parcel from customs. Then Royal Mail website will show its new status with UK location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
