Placed order Oct 23rd. Can you help locate? Tracking #LS142544071CN. Last update said “received at post office” but also says no tracking available in US. Please help!

LS142544071CN left china for USA on Nov 12. Now is rush season, you might need wait about 4 weeks to get it released from US customs. You can not see new status before customs clearance completes. please be patient.
