Good Morning. Can anyone tell me what is going on with my shipment? It has been in customs since December 28, 2016. Is there an issue, a delay or maybe not updated.

yes. the parcel is delayed by holiday. parcel shipped in Nov just arrived. your parcel will arrive later.

Please help!i cant track my package i want to know where its at its been almost 4 weeks i hope its not a scam

unfortunately LT800648551CN is a fake number, you are scammed.

contact your credit card company and open charge back to stop fraud.

On my tracking it is saying that it was delivered but I have not received anything and you were saying that it is going to ship out soon. Can you clear this up for me a little? Thank you

canada post website shows the parcel was delivered on feb 13 in WELLAND, Ontario.Check your front door or maibox first. If you can not find the parcel, go to your nearest Canada Post office or outlet and see if they can give you delivery record.

I have checked with the Post Office here and they have no idea where it is. They indicated I need to contact you to start a claim. What is my next step?

It seems that Canada Post office in Welland On lost the parcel(their website shows they had the parcel and delivered to you) and does not to help you to solve the problem.

If Canada Post does not help you. Then you can contact shipper to file investigation to China Post. This investigation will take about 2 to 6 months. If eventually it proves the parcel is lost, China Post will compensate shipper and receiver gets nothing.

So normally I will suggest buyer to open dispute to seller and get refund first, let seller(shipper) deal with China Post.
