Unable to find any tracking on this number supplied, no record in AusPost either, was supposed to be shipped over 3 weeks ago so should have some tracking available by now
Requested that express post to receive quicker as it was a gift that is now well after event

LL474942682CN has no shipping record . This means your seller did not ship you anything. You are very likely to be scammed.

If you just got this number, you need push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not get tracking result in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

if you have get this tracking number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute against fraud immediately.
