Hi there
This is my tracking number, wanting to know when it will arrive in NZ as it’s been past 20days and tracking says it’s still “on route” it departed for NZ on April 30th

LL196381080CN was shipped on April 25. normally parcel to ship from china to NZ can take 2 to 4 weeks, I believe you need wait some more time.

It’s been one whole month and still on route !!!! Can you tell me exactly where my package is? The worst shipping /post I have ever had to deal with

LL196381080CN seems to be lost. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
