Hi, the seller estimated 3-12 days for my shipment, but it's been like 6 weeks since my order. What does 'sent to airline' mean exactly and how do I track my parcel once it is in Germany? The local Provider doesn't know the track number. I start to have a bad feeling about this seller. Thanks in advance!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LE141605551CN shows your seller delayed shipment for 5 weeks. He actually gave this parcel to China Post on Sep 12 and the item was sent to airline by China Post on Sep 16.

Normally parcel will arrives Germany in 10 to 20 days after sent to airline date. please wait some more time.

Thank you for the answer. It's been 4 more weeks and no progress so far. Do you consider this still as normal or at least explainable?

your parcel is delayed. It is slower than average time but still in normal time frame. I suggest you wait 2 more week, if you can not see any update by Nov 10, You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
