Hi,

The last update on my package was on May 15, 2019:

The status hasn't changed since. Royal Mail tracking also hasn't changed since May 15, 2019:

Item Leaving overseas China

Can anyone help?

LA525524696CN was sent to WZDM on May 15.
WZDM is its last location in china.

Normally if you parcel status does not change anymore from WZDM, it means the parcel is outside of China.

After WZDM date, such epacket parcel might take another 1 to 3 weeks to reach UK.

Still no update on the tracking details or any sign of my package. Is there anything I can do to move this along?

LA525524696CN has left China over one month, it is a bad news if you have not got it. You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund
