Hello all, im new to this forum so if this is on the wrong section excuse me. I have a bad situation hope someone can help me out. I ordered a package from Aliexpress on january 9, the package is still on china and I just recently found out that. The problem is that seller refunded me 20 us about a month ago for the delay and I accepted them without knowing that the package had problems. Can someone help me out on how to know what happened to the package? How can I contact China Post to see the current status of the package. The tracking number is RG115110685CN.

RG115110685CN should be lost or rejected. you should open dispute to aliexpress.

Can someone please help me determine where my package is it says it was delivered to China Post on March 11th to be sent to USPS but it has not been sent. It's over 1 month why is it still in China after 1 month. The tracking number is RC631861222CN. Please help

RC631861222CN should have some delivery problem. wait one more week, if you can not get it by april 20, open dispute.

I order a parcel from a site called edealretail.com. I parcel was sent early January and according to the tracking number report, the product is still in Canada (I think). Can someone help me? Tracking number RO040388963CN. I contacted the seller twice and never got a response.

Product is still in China I mean not Canada. I live in Canada.

shipping to canada might take 4 to 8 weeks.
