Help when I track my parcel from the UK to China on the royal mail website I get the following:

Item: RU748164055GB
via International Signed Our international confirmation of delivery service

Status: It's on its way

Your item, posted on 19/02/16 with reference RU748164055GB has arrived in BEIJING CHINA and is being processed for delivery. - it's been like this for a while.

The receiver states it has not arrived with him yet. Any help would be much appreciated.
